Using an Android Phone, how can I create and edit my timesheet while on campus.

You can use the web browser on your Android Phone to access timesheets.  Be sure to first connect to the campus WiFi network, turn off the cellular signal, then type in http://192.168.1.222/fmi/webd, select the Timesheet App, then login as usual.
